- Complete your medical history form (this helps us understand your past dental journey, ensuring we tailor our approach to your needs.)
- Meet with Dr. Cate (Dentist) or our Oral Health Therapist to discuss your oral health needs and goals. During your check-up, we'll go over any treatments that could benefit your smile.

Absolutely! At Smile Studio Newstead, we welcome private health insurance for your convenience. We accept a wide range of health funds including Medibank Private, nib, and Bupa through the HICAPS system, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
There is an abundance of Free Parking available for all our patients, for up to 2 hours, situated across the road in the Gas Works parking complex.
Simply collect a ticket on the way through and then present the same ticket on exit.
Terms & Conditions
* New Patient Offer is available to new patients of Smile Studio Newstead who have private health insurance with dental extras cover. For patients without private health insurance, this offer is available for $199AUD. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Our dentists or oral health therapists will assess your teeth to evaluate whether the treatment included in this offer is suitable for you. If not, we may provide you with alternative/additional treatments for your consideration. These treatments will be provided to you along with our standard rates.
Please note that while our practice accepts all major health funds, not all health funds offer the same level of benefits which may affect the out-of-pocket cost. Please ensure you contact your health fund provider to check your policy to determine whether our fees will be covered.
