Such an incredible experience with Smile Studio. I went in for a checkup with Cate and she was professional and explained everything in fine detail. Essentials Plan: $45/month on a 12-month contract or $500 annually (save $40)

No, The Smile Society is a Membership Program and is not a dental insurance plan. It is not intended to be a substitute for a dental insurance plan. Rather, The Smile Society (powered by SmilePass), is an affordable dental membership program that provides our patients with discounted prices on preventative care, as well as a range of common dental procedures.
The Smile Society Membership Program is only valid at Smile Studio Newstead, located on Level 1/33 Longland St, Newstead QLD 4006.

The Smile Society Membership — Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to The Smile Society (“Membership”). By enrolling in this membership plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Membership Eligibility. 2.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors may be included under a family plan with consent from a parent or guardian. 2.2 Membership is non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
3. Membership Benefits. 3.1 Members receive discounted dental services as outlined in their specific plan. 3.2 Benefits apply only at Smile Studio Newstead and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. 3.3 The Smile Society is NOT a dental insurance plan and does not replace traditional insurance coverage.
4. Membership Plans & Fees. Essentials Plan – $45 per month (12-month commitment) or $500 annually. For essential preventive care that keeps your smile healthy. 2 comprehensive check-ups and professional scale & cleans per year. 2 fluoride treatments per year. Radiographs (X-rays) as required. 10% off general dental treatments (e.g., fillings, whitening, periodontal care)
Premium Plan – $70 per month (12-month commitment) or $800 annually. Enhanced care and premium benefits for a brighter, more confident smile.. All Essentials Plan benefits. 10% off crowns, veneers, and orthodontics. $500 lifetime benefit toward crowns, veneers, or orthodontics. 1 complimentary take-home whitening kit with whitening gel every 6 months
5. Payments & Billing. 5.1 Membership fees must be paid in full or via a payment plan upon enrolment. 5.2 The credit card or bank account on file will be automatically charged until cancellation. 5.3 Failure to make a payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership. 5.4 Additional dental treatments must be paid in full on the date of service to qualify for exclusive discounts.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy. 6.1 Membership requires a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation will result in the participant being responsible for the remaining balance of the commitment. 6.2 After the commitment period, members may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused benefits. 6.3 Members may cancel within 30 days of enrolment for a full refund, provided no benefits have been used. 6.4 Membership cannot be backdated to include previous treatments.
7. Membership Usage & Expiration. 7.1 All included services must be completed before the plan’s expiration. 7.2 It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and keep all appointments included in the membership plan. 7.3 Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without 48-hour notice may result in a cancellation fee.
8. Service & Pricing Adjustments. 8.1 Fees for dental services may change at any time. 8.2 Members must have an active membership to receive discounts on additional treatments.
9. Membership Compliance. 9.1 We reserve the right to terminate membership due to non-compliance with oral health recommendations or failure to maintain regular visits. 9.2 Membership benefits may be suspended for misuse or violation of these terms.
10. Amendments to Terms. 10.1 Smile Studio Newstead reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. 10.2 Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Privacy & Data Protection. 11.1 Member information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 11.2 We do not share member information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
